Safety Features
Automatic & Universal Locking Mechanism
Turn-to-Lock knob will lock the lid into place at any position on the pot, no alignment required!
Pressure Regulator
Pressure regulator knob is equipped with four positions: High Pressure (2), Low Pressure (1), Release, and Clean.
Pressure Indicator
The red pressure indicator will rise when pressure has been reached and go back down when pressure has been released.
Silicone Gasket
Found on the underside of the lid, the silicone gasket creates an airtight seal needed to build pressure.
