The MIU Tri-Ply Stainless Steel Wok is constructed with high quality 18/8 steel with no coating and does not contain PTFE. Constructed of 3 layers of pure steel, making for quick and even heat transfer and is ideal for deep frying, broiling, sauteing, braising and stir fries.
