We don’t make refund for refund items.

If refund items meets our policy you are free to pick items worth your money and you are responsible for the delivery fee.

Damaged items won’t be accepted for refund.

Lagos 24-48 hours after payment confirmation.

Outside Lagos 3-5 Working days.

Delivery to South Takes 2-4 working days.

If items sent is different from what you ordered, you will get a refund if you are not satisfied with it.

If item is not in good condition ( Damage), kindly inform us with 24 hours after receiving. So we can exchange or make a refund.

Items must be in good condition as given and all packaging must be intact.

Items must be sent back with 24-48 hours after complain.

Warranty of 6 months on all our UK brands. ( From the day of purchase)

Damage by repair from another technician

Damage of consumable parts ( coil , blades, jar, bearing of rubber)

Damage due to fall

Damage caused by misuse.
